GENERAL PRINCIPLES

• All rates are in Namibian Dollars (NAD), equivalent to South African Rand (ZAR).

• Prices include Tourism Levies.

• Rates are subject to change without prior notice and adhere to Achab's terms and conditions.

CHILDREN:

• Under 3 years old: Stay free of charge.

• 3-12 years old: Pay 50% of the adult rate (commissionable).

• Children in their own chalet are charged at adult rates.

• Up to two children (0-12 years old) may share a room with parents; additional children are subject to the manager's discretion.

• One adult and on child in a unit counts as two adult guests

• Participation in guided activities for underaged children is at the discretion of the manager.
   

TOUR OPERATOR COMMISSIONS:
Commissions for tour operators, both local and international, are granted at the

discretion of Achab. Meals and activities, including nature drives, are non-
commissionable.

SPECIAL PACKAGES:

Special packages or discounts for groups, extended stays, or off-peak bookings will be
negotiated on an ad hoc basis.

EVENT AND CONFERENCE FACILITIES:

Event and conference facilities are available and must be negotiated on an ad hoc basis
